UMass Chan Medical School - Baystate offers balanced training at the busiest ED in Massachusetts. As the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Western Massachusetts, our 94-room ED has unique access to a diverse critically ill population. It also has flexibility to expand into alternative spaces, triage areas, and vertical treatment models. We care that you have a life beyond residency because we all learn better when we're healthy.
